Shipping Information
We want you to receive your Contoura shapewear as quickly as possible so you can start feeling confident and comfortable.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
Shipping Time: 5-7 business days for standard shipping
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Contoura purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Hygiene seal must be unbroken and intact
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
- Items must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date
Important: All Contoura products come with a protective hygiene seal for your safety and peace of mind. Once this seal is broken, the item cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items with broken hygiene seals, items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags and packaging. All sales of opened or used items are final.
How to Start a Return:
- Contact our support team via the chat assistant within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos showing the unbroken hygiene seal
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization
- Once approved, we'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
- Pack your item securely in original packaging with hygiene seal intact and ship it back
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! Contact our chat support to arrange an exchange. Items must meet all return requirements listed above, including an unbroken hygiene seal. We'll send your new item as soon as we receive and inspect your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via chat with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, even if the hygiene seal has been broken.
